At the Parksville Beach Resort, we offer competitive monthly rates from mid-October to mid-May in our Katherine Jo building. Our Long Term Rates include all utilities, local phone service, cablevision and all linens and the use of our new coin-operated laundry facility on the ground floor.. - Full kitchens featuring: three burner stove with oven, apartment size fridge, coffee maker, kitchen utensils with pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery for up to six guests

- Cancellation Policy: In order to receive a refund for any deposits placed, we require - Two (2) days notice for monthly rentals.
