At the Parksville Beach Resort, we offer
competitive monthly rates from mid-October
to mid-May in our Katherine Jo building.
Our Long Term Rates include all utilities,
local phone service, cablevision and all
linens and the use of our new coin-operated
laundry facility on the ground floor.. Basic
maid service is provided once a week and
long distance phone calls are charged at
competitive rates. 'Click

- Management reserves the right to limit
the number of guests occupying a room.
- Deposits requirements: In order to
guarantee your reservation, a deposit
equivalent to your first night's rental
is required, with the exception of weekly
stays which require a deposit of $200.00.
- Cancellation Policy: In order to receive
a refund for any deposits placed, we
require - Two (2) days notice for nightly
rentals and/or Fourteen (14) days notice
for weekly rentals.
- Check-in Time: 3:00 p.m. or later.
- Check-out Time: 11:00 a.m.
