Twenty Two Large Beach Level Kitchenettes
The Katherine Jo, our two level annex, is located near the back
of our 6.5 acre park-like property, and is comfortably shaded by
majestic Douglas Fir trees. The KJ's second floor rooms offer unrivaled panoramic views of Parksville Bay, Georgia Strait and the snow capped coastal mountains, and are outfitted with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans for your comfort. All the rooms are completely lined with Western
Red cedar and are fully carpeted, offering warm, spacious interiors.
KJ's private, covered decks offer a cool, shaded spot ideal for
relaxing with a good book during those warm summer afternoons and
provide an excellent place to sit in the evening and enjoy some
of the finest sunset-watching imaginable. Inside the rooms you'll
find two Queen sized beds, a hide-a-bed sofa, lounge chair with
coffee table, and a breakfast table and chairs. The KJ rooms feature
full kitchens, which are equipped with an apartment size fridge
with freezer, three-burner stove and completely outfitted with kitchen
essentials to accommodate up to six guests. Other amenities include
a coffee maker with free tea, coffee, color cable television, direct-dial
telephones and a coin-operated laundry facility on the ground floor
for your convenience.

- Management reserves the right to limit the number of guests
occupying a room.
- Deposits requirements: In order to guarantee your reservation,
a deposit equivalent to your first night's rental is required, with
the exception of weekly stays which require a deposit of $200.00.
- Cancellation Policy: In order to receive a refund for any
deposits placed, we require - Two (2) days notice in off season for nightly rentals,
Fourteen (14) days notice for July & August and weekly rentals
- Check-in Time: 3:00 p.m. or later
- Check-out Time: 11:00 a.m.
- Pets: Sorry, no pets are allowed.
