The Philpott offers rooms both with and without kitchenettes. The
kitchenette units feature a small fridge with freezer, a two-burner
stove, and kitchen essentials to accommodate four guests, while
the standard rooms are equipped with a bar fridge for your convenience.
All rooms in the Philpott offer two double beds, color cable television,
direct-dial telephones and a coffee maker with complimentary tea
and coffee. An on-site coin-operated laundry facility is also available
for your convenience.

- Management reserves the right to limit the number of guests
occupying a room.
- Deposits requirements: In order to guarantee your reservation,
a deposit equivalent to your first night's rental is required, with
the exception of weekly stays which require a deposit of $200.00.
- Cancellation Policy: In order to receive a refund for any
deposits placed, we require - Two (2) days notice in off season for nightly rentals,
Fourteen (14) days notice for July & August and weekly rentals
- Check-in Time: 3:00 p.m. or later
- Check-out Time: 11:00 a.m.
- Pets: Sorry, no pets are allowed.
