The Thomas M Annex offers deluxe beachfront rooms overlooking Parksville's
beautiful sandy beach. All the spacious Thomas M rooms can accommodate
up to six guests, are fully carpeted and finished in Western Red
Cedar, offering a warm comforting atmosphere. They are equipped
with two Queen sized beds, a hide-a-bed sofa, breakfast table and
chairs, and a lounge chair with sofa table for your convenience.
Each bright and airy Thomas M room features a vaulted ceiling with
ceiling fan, large windows overlooking the ocean and a private,
covered deck for your enjoyment. Standard amenities include a bar
fridge, a coffee maker with free tea, coffee, color cable television,
a direct-dial telephone, and an unbeatable view. An on-site coin-operated
laundry facility is also available for your convenience.

- Management reserves the right to limit the number of guests
occupying a room.
- Deposits requirements: In order to guarantee your reservation,
a deposit equivalent to your first night's rental is required, with
the exception of weekly stays which require a deposit of $200.00.
- Cancellation Policy: In order to receive a refund for any
deposits placed, we require - Two (2) days notice in off season for nightly rentals,
Fourteen (14) days notice for July & August and weekly rentals.
- Check-in Time: 3:00 p.m. or later
- Check-out Time: 11:00 a.m.
- Pets: Sorry, no pets are allowed.
